What's the difference between cashmere and wool?

Cashmere and wool grow on different kinds of sheep. The wool comes from sheep, and the cashmere comes from goats.

Cashmere comes from goats. It refers to a thin layer of fine wool that grows in the outer skin layer of goats and covers the roots of the coarse hair of goats. It is usually collected in the winter when goats need to naturally remove their hair. Cashmere is rare in output and of good quality. It belongs to rare special animal fibers and is known as "fiber gem" and "fiber queen".

The wool comes from sheep. The wool is clustered closely together and unevenly covers the skin surface of sheep. Wool fiber is soft and elastic, and can be used to make woolen, woolen, felt and other textiles. Wool products have the characteristics of fullness, warmth retention and comfort.
